Shipping

There are five shipping methods we are using to ship your order.

EMS: takes 1 week to USA. insured and registered mail service. Each EMS has a tracking code. If the post office in your country has a web site for tracking a parcel,  you can search your parcel on the website. For example, see a USPS' page (if your address is in USA)

*)Some regions of countries don't manage EMS. If you live in such regions, we will send your order by insured airmail, which costs as same as EMS.
Refundable when the parcel is lost on the way.

Yamato Transport (YMT): takes 1 week to USA. insured and registered mail service. Each parcel has a tracking code. http://www.ytc-usa.com/english/html/home_en.html

Refundable when the parcel is lost on the way.

Airmail: takes about 1-2 weeks to USA: your parcel will be carried on an airplane.
Not refundable when the parcel is lost.
Can be registered for additional $4.00 (choose AIR-REGISTERED when you place an order)

SAL: takes about 2-6 weeks to USA: SAL is a way to send items by airplane that carries airmails if there is still room. Otherwise, the items have to wait or send by ship.
Not refundable when the parcel is lost.
Can be registered for additional $4.00 (choose SAL-REGISTERED when you place an order)

Seamail: takes about 6-12 weeks to USA: seamail is the cheapest way to ship, but takes long time and sometimes gets troubles. Please don't use this method if your items are rare one or your order is not so heavy.
Not refundable when the parcel is lost.
Can be registered for additional $4.00(choose SEA-REGISTERED when you place an order)
