Another phenomenal artbook

Gotta agree with all the other reviewers (even the one who forgot to score it), these books rock out loud. Rarely does one get the treat to NOT have to search the net for pics of their favorite series. If you pick up the Backgammon and Salty Dog series, you'll never feel deprived for Saiyuuki again.
Don't miss this artbook!

Backgammon series has stopped publishing in Japan. This artbook is hard to find. Minekura's pictures are so nice and worth to put it on your bookshelf.
The 2nd book also worth a try

The 2nd book of the series is also beautiful, more original works (read not manga materials) than the 1st volume, and all the boys look wonderful, as expected of Minekura and any fan should not pass on this.
Continuing the Journey in Color

If you are a Saiyuki fan then you will love this volume of Kazuya Minekura's color work originally found in her mangas. The 4 heroes are featured in all their handsome glory on almost every page of heavy gloss paper. About 10 pages of the book is devoted to the mangaka's sketches.
