This doujinshi is part of a long arc, formed by Kimi ni Kiss no Hanataba wo (putative), Pearl Blue, Naughty Prince, Breath (this one), and Passionate Secret. A direct sequel to Naughty Prince, this volume follows the events that happened in the previous one.
At the end of Naughty Prince, Fuji collapses after what seems to be a traumatic flashback. Tezuka has brought him home and put him in bed, and notices Fuji crying. As Tezuka tries to leave, a half-conscious Fuji pulls him down for a kiss, and this leads to a confrontation with a surprising turn at the end.
This is one of the doujinshi that you have to see for yourself to fully appreciate it. One of my absolute favorite arc, really. ♥
