Okay,I reviewed fun book #1 so I figured I had to review #2 as well. It's more of the same -- a really pretty fanservice section for the gals, story digest featuring the last half of the anime (which I loved because they include screencaptures from Gaiden), cast and crew interviews, a double-sided, fold-out poster and an encyclopedia of all that's gone on and who's who. I'd buy it again, can't have #1 without #2.
Saiyuuki Official Fun Book 2

Character profiles, and story-digest of episodes 23-50 of
the Gensoumaden series. Also includes screenshots from the second opening and ending themes, a beautiful double-side poster, and in the non-color section, interviews to staff and seiyuu, and even a "Saiyuki encyclopedia" with details from the saga. The artbook contains also some adorable sd images and a few rare images of the 4 main characters.
Really recommended to Saiyuuki fans.
