I love Boys Next Door! It's a love story between serial killer Adrian and a boy named Lawrence who works in a brothel. Sad yet with a lovely ending, with gorgeous art. If you like good angst stories, then try reading this book. It also includes two other older works by Kaori Yuki, but personally, I bought it only for the main story. Definitely recommended!

Kaori Yuki art is so beautiful. The main story of this book is mostly on a boys love relationship. It's the story of 2 people rejected and abused by the one who should had loved them. This similar situation made them explore some hapinesse before the hard reality and betrayal ended it all.
boy's next door and others stories

Usually, I dont like Yuki Kaori's works, but this one is an exception ! The first story, "Boy's Next door" is a very dark shonen-ai and the characters have a tortured soul... Just as fan likes ! Really great story ! But, on the contrary, the others little stories, previous works of Yuki Kaori, aren't very interesting...

Boys Next Door is a dark and despairing story, but at the same time beautiful and even hopeful. One of my definite favourites from Kaori Yuki.

Although the storyline is a bit dark and might not appeal to everyone, for me it's yet another masterpiece from Kaori Yuki. Heartbreaking and moving and somehow hopeful all at the same time. A must-by if you're a Kaori Yuki fan and if you know her style.
